Ever had these moments where you put hours, blood, sweat, tears, and the souls of the living into a drawing, only to not have it not looked at. As artists as ourselves, that can be a really big downer; especially when it comes to recolors, traces, and generic rainbow wolves (or characters with insanely complicated designs) made from bases having more attention than yours. Because of stuff like this can drive people into metaphorically artistic suicide. Well, I’m going to to help you really push and spread your art out there, so you can generate some views, watchers, favs, comments, etc. BUT... Before that you need to learn how does DA works. And when I say “how it works,” I mean the truth about the site. You may or may not like it, but since you’ll need this info in order to survive on this site, I won’t be sugarcoating anything. After that, then I’ll teach you how to gain views through your art. Your knowledge of this site will be the key in making your art go far and wide. Be warned, there will be a quite a lot of work on your end, but it will have a bigger payoff at the end. 

Without further adieu, lets begin the class of art boosting. While this may help with other aspects of art such as writing, this will focus specifically on drawing.

We’re not gonna cover that at all. Why are we excluding them? Because the intention of this is to teach you the MOST DIRECT way to gain views purely by art. It’s a lot simper than you think.

Note: This is for the new artists, or artists that desire to big their art to a bigger spotlight.  

But first, lets talk about artists. This will have to be pointed out before you can move on. As an artist or starting artist, you must realize the hard fact that people draws miles better than you. This is the really big barrier that has a very harsh effect on your motivation to draw. Many artists fall into this jealousy trap, and may end up quitting altogether or talking down about the artist. If you are immune to this jealousy, then you can continue. 

If you do get jealous, then this will be your first assignment will be saying and getting this to sink in your heads, “Many artists draw better than me. I might not be able to catch up to those. But I don’t care. I will draw for myself without comparing myself to other artists.” Once you gain a bit if immunity, then you can press on. Told you I wont be sugarcoating.
